This pouch has internal cartridge loops that will hold twelve 12 Gauge Shotgun Shells. There are no rips or tears in the canvas. The two lift the dot fasteners work properly. The stitching is all intact, no fraying. nice color and nice dark crisp markings . The internal cartridge loops are all intact, no rips or tears. This pouch would have been issued along with military shotguns including the Winchester Model 97 or Model 12 Trench or riot Shotguns. Original shotgun pouches, especially the early versions are getting very hard to find and one in this condition is almost impossible. The only defect I can see is that there is a very, very small minor amount of rust around the Staple holding the combat serviceable tag. Sold as is. What you see is what you get.
