The cutlery kit includes an unbleached post consumer recycled napkin. These utensils are certified compostable in a commercial facility, which may not exist in your area. The utensils may be washed in a dishwasher for reuse. The wrapper is also made from PLA and is compostable. In-store Pickup You can make a purchase on eBay and pick-up your goods in our showroom, we will refund you the shipping! Delivery & Shipping Shipping charges are calculated based on the service selected, weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Bulky and heavy items are shipped using a Freight carrier and some items may qualify for free freight shipping. An additional charge of $100 may apply to large items that are crated and prepared for shipment by us. Returns & Damaged Items If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us to initiate a return. To receive a full refund, returned items must be in the original condition and original packaging. Please note that the shipping carrier that delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for losses and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered (or picked up) by them were in good condition and properly packed.
