They are a women's plus size 24W (4X).They comfortably stretch 46"- 52" at the stretch corduroy waistband. The rise (crotch seam to top of waistband) measures 15.5". Laying flat they measure 18" across the hem. The inseam measures 4". These shorts come from a smoke-free, pet-free home with no smells or damage.
