NOTE...the horse's tail is now missing. It was a clean break. The item white spelter metal with copper tone finish. I don't see a maker's mark. The reins of the horse are now connected with a small nut...see photo close-up of this detail. This is a vintage pre-owned item with everyday wear and scuff and scratches.
