Historical footage provides a look back in time at such events as the 1902 building of the West Wing and the 1950s Truman Renovation. From the Oval Office in the West Wing of the White House, President George W. Bush welcomes the viewer to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue -- the permanent address of the people and the temporary home of their leader -- a house that belongs to all proud citizens of the United States of America.
