Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort one bedroom (flexible dates of stay for 2024)

Description: THE PRICE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK IS 1500.00. Escape to Cancun and get away from it all! (at least for a week). Spend the week in sunny Cancun at a Westin lagunamar in a one bedroom where the waters are always turquoise blue, the weather is always sunny and cloud free, tacos are cheap, and beers are plentiful. Couple this with all the ammenties at the Westin Lagunamar as well as all of the attractions Cancun has to offer and life is grand. We are owners at the Westin Lagunamar and sadly are not able to use all of our weeks for 2023. As for dates of usage, the dates are flexible and depend on availability. I have the ability to reserve the following weeks 1-4 (January 3rd - January 30th), weeks 18-23 (May 2nd - June 12th), weeks 36-43 (September 5th- October 30th), and weeks 48-50 (November 28th - December 18th). Please request only the above dates. Other dates do not fall within this listing and I cannot accommodate them. The further out you request dates, the better the odds of success. Please be mindful that the more advance notice given, the greater the likelihood of securing the dates. I am offering an non-smoking studio with an ocean view. The resort is not all-inclusive and does not require attendance of a timeshare presentation. The unit has a balcony with many amenities to make your say a pleasant one. The unit technically sleeps four adults although two individuals will have to sleep on a pullout sofa bed (good for kids but maybe not for another couple). The unit has a queen size bed, full bathroom, a deluxe tub, a kitchen, dining room , and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a range, oven, refrigerator and all of the amenities you expect to find in a kitchen (pots, pans, microwave, kitchen utensils, paper towels, cutlery, knives, etc.). In essence it’s like a mini apartment. With respect to transferring the reservation into your name, I would merely need to add your name to the reservation. Upon check-in, you must be at least twenty-one years old, have a valid passport, and a major credit card (in case of incidental expenses should you charge them to them to the room).
