This is a smaller, silver and gold tone metal buckle with an ornate floral scroll design, it is a hand made, hand engraved buckle from the "Silversmith Collection", made by Award design medals in the 1980s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-5/8" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2 oz.
