Description: Welch Le Cigale Wooden Mantel Clock Beautiful - Antique - Wind Up It is made of wood and the face of the clock is made of brass. It is missing its pendulum and key. I tested it with a pendulum I had from a different mantel clock and the hands moved and it did it's chime at the top of the hour. If you get it a pendulum and key it very well may work but I'm selling it for parts, display or repair. The back plate is stamped 1490 and the front of the clock above the "12" is stamped F S. You will receive everything that is in the pictures. 12 inches tall by 17.5 inches long All of my clocks listed came from a woman that traveled the world collecting all different kinds of clocks. She amassed a collection of over 1000 clocks before she passed. I was lucky enough to buy around 400 of them at an estate sale.
