You will have one bonus week that needs to be used by 12/08/25 and one studio unit that must be used by 12/08/25. This unit week currently sells for over $12,000.00 so this is an amazing deal. All closing costs to be paid by the buyer. Our attorney will handle the closing for a nominal fee. I believe it is about $1,000. Closing to be scheduled right away with non-refundable $1,000 wired deposit to the attorney due at the close of auction. Ebay only allows me to choose a payment method of a check. The attorney will advise you of the wire transfer instructions as they are required by law to hold your deposit in escrow. This is a non-returnable item.
