Description: Offered is this lovely 5-piece place setting of fine bone china, made in England by Wedgwood. The pattern is Hampshire, R4668. Each place setting is comprised of a dinner plate, salad plate, bread plate, cup and saucer. The footed cup is Wedgwood’s Leigh shape. The white blank is decorated around the rim of each piece with a charming border print. The design features small flowers with pastel petals outlined in maroon, and framed by variegated green and blue foliage. Each piece is decorated with a thin band of dark blue around the outside edge. The cup has dark blue lines on the handle and foot, as well as the rim. Measurements: Dinner plate 10.75 inches in diameter (27.5 cm) Salad plate 8 inches (20.5 cm) Bread plate 6 inches (15.3 cm) Saucer 5.75 inches (14.5 cm) Footed Leigh Cup 2 5/8 inches high (6.5 cm) 3.25 in diameter (8.2 cm) Very good used condition. No chips or cracks. Slight scratching, or none at all, due to service use. These items comprise part of a large set of Wedgwood Hampshire, all purchased from the same fine Oklahoma estate.
