Warmoth Custom Paul Stanley style Iceman Bass PSB-1 with Ibanez hard case

Description: Warmoth Iceman custom body and neck combination. Since Ibanez never made a Paul Stanley model bass, I figured I could do one myself! PS-120 pickguard and Paul Stanley truss rod cover are both official Ibanez products! I had the scalloped bridge tailpiece, but it didn’t fit, so I sold it! Be the envy of Kiss nation with this "Starchild" Bass guitar! Body stats:Swamp ash body, solid construction, cream binding on the front side only. 1/2" side output jack.Wilkinson pickups (but could be swapped for EMG's!), Hipshot Kicka$$ bridge. Ibanez knobs, set for Volume and Volume. (No tone knob!). I couldn't find a pickguard bracket long enough so the pickguard is directly screwed into the body, and yes, the screw pokes into the body cavity just a bit! Because the pickguard covers up half of the body cavity, it might be a tight fit to put in a full-sized pickup switch, but you could probably install mini switches if you wanted! Or you could it leave as is! The pickguard has a couple scratches on it. Dunlop Straplocks installed. Neck stats:Maple with Rosewood fretboard. Reverse Warmoth-style headstock.Cream binding, Corian nut, 10" radius with 6150 frets and abalone block inlays. 14mm tuner ream with Gotoh GB707 chrome tuners installed. Full fret dressing was done after building it, and the action is great, but ergonomically the bass just doesn't work for me. The binding digs into my arm (even with sweatbands on!) and because the bridge and body is shifted over (compared to all my P-basses) reaching all the way out playing notes on the first frets makes my wrist and arm hurt after a full practice! So I'm going back to my P-style basses. Weighs 11.3 pounds, as the body itself is pretty huge! Includes the very cool leather strap made by Ebay seller matt_85, unless you don't want it! Genuine Ibanez hard case fits this bass perfectly! I am not a business so buyer will pay full shipping charges. I was asked whether I made the body and neck? No, Warmoth produced them to my specs.
