Lined with pink silk, it can be used for anything, though it was originally used for handkerchiefs in its day. Very nice brass clasp and hinges. Measures about 5 3/8" square and is 2 1/2" tall. In very nice condition for its age, and would make a perfect antique dresser or vanity decorator piece.
