Vtg. lady pot metal lamp w/rose basket gold w/shade.

Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a vtg lady with hat, dress holding a basket filled with roses. The lamp is made of pot metal with a gold coating color. She is near a tree trunk and that is where the lamp comes out at the top of the tree trunk. The lamp is in good condition with age related issues. Dirt in crevices. There are areas where some of the gold is worn off showing a dark silver colored metal in many places due to age and use. The figurine is detailed and in the base. She can have age appropriate surface wear. The lamp, when purchased, was just a shell. I took lamp in to get socket and cord. The socket switch is a push in and out type. The socket metal can be tarnished from age. There could be an inscription mark as to the maker on base or where the grass blades are but not sure; hard to tell. The lamp is heavy for size. The underside, dirty on metal. Almost has a yellow color in the cavity and there are a few black felt pads on underside. The lamp comes with a clip type shade. The shade is old, it is a light peach color fabric on outside and will have a texture to it. The top and bottom outside of lamp has some sort of trim. The top and bottom of lamp has almost a gold paper piping trim. The inside of shade is a paper material, has age yellowing and may have a few subtle scorch marks from age and use. Theres a few white drip spots on inside of paper near top. The clip metal is darkened. The shade will have wrinkles in the gold trim, all because of age/use. Lamp could have soiling. Exterior trims may have frays in some places. Bulb not included. The shade will be shipped separately from lamp due to fragility and may reflect in shipping cost. A few corrosion spots on lamp metal near base. The lamp may have nicks and flaws in metal with spots dots lumps and bumps; made that way. The socket may appear a bit angled due to tree being angled; how it was made. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures: lamp w/shade: 4.25" X 18" X 4.75". Lamp up to top of socket: 13.25". Lamp up to top of tree trunk: 11".
