The light can articulate well and the clamp allows you to attach the piece to a surface up to 1 5/8" thick. This lamp shows wear commensurate with age including scratches, dings, marks, worn finish etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece. This item has been rewired using era-correct style twisted black cord and a new plug. Working perfectly and ready to be enjoyed.
