These have a nice weight when you pick them up.The white men have a beautiful cream ivory luster, and the black look like ebony.They are made of a quality simulated wood, they are weighted with felt bottoms.They do all fit snug in their original box, but best to put the large pieces on the bottom, with the pawns on top for the best fit.
