Nice swirly marbled buttons (all original buttons are present). Built in bendable wire double collar and belled wrist cuffs. Very unique ability to bend and mold the collar and cuffs into fun shapes. Design Today’s 90’s era top, made in The USA. This top is kind of like a smock how it billows out at the bottom and has two hidden side pockets. Made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex so it does have some stretch to it. All measurements should be covered in the photos.
