The scope body has 2) small indents on the top, per photo, from where Reptilia's extended screws tapped it, they sent me new screws and the damage did not persist, the screws are included. Another note worthy item is the forward ring on the scope mount is missing. Besides that, this combo includes the Vortex scope as specified, a Reptilian Corp mount, a 90 degree RMR mount, a riser plate so you can see over the turret and the One Hundred Concepts scope caps.All in all, everything is in good condition, the mounts were spray painted.
