Description: Volvo Propus BBS RS Factory 17x7.5 et43 2-piece alloys - Gloss Antracite Color This is a fully restored set of wheels that is spectacular! Restored Factory Volvo C70 wheels, these are a direct bolt on for any FWD/AWD P80 car, and should fit other FWD 5-lug models and RWD models with spacers. If you have questions regarding wheel fitment, please compare the specifications of your stock wheels with these, paying particular attention to the offset. Details: BBS part #RS797 Volvo part #9475393 Size = 17x7.5. Offset = 43mm. Lug spacing is 5 on 108mm. Center bore = 63.5 mm. Fully Restored. This included professionally trueing a minor flat spot (minor bends) on one wheel rear barrel and repairing some curb rash on the lips. One portion of one lip was welded on as a repair solution to fill in the missing metal. The outer lips were then polished and a machine finish was applied to best match the original finish. The inner barrels were cleaned up and polished. There are no flaws in the surfaces other than wheel mounting machine marks on the inner barrel. The center sections (and barrels) were chemically stripped and then lightly media blasted prior to power-coating them with anthracite high end resin followed by a high gloss clear coat. The critical wheel mounting surfaces were not coated so the wheels will mount metal to metal as they should. Note the mounting pads are brushed and sanded smooth and the lug holes reamed out with a 60-degree taper bit to ensure positive metal to metal contact points. The wheels were then reassembled using the original hardware (Titanium bolts) that were cleaned up, tightening each threaded BBS bolt to 18 ft-lbs. Each bolt was installed using some medium strength thread locking compound as an additional measure to insure the bolts to not vibrate loose. What you end up with is a properly restored and assembled set of wheels. I have included multiple photos of each wheel to see the quality of the refinish job. Note the powdercoat has minimal orange-peal finish, indicating a proper powdercoat job. I have spun each wheel on a balancer and verified that it is 100% trued and straight. Includes very good used Volvo center caps.
