The shutter speeds sound and appear accurate at 1/25 and faster. The speeds of 1/10 and slower may lag and stick due to old lubricants. They may improve with use but a basic shutter service would correct the slow speeds. You will notice some discoloration on the film rails inside the camera. They are actually smooth and will not impede film travel. The viewfinder is clean and clear. The split image is strong and focus is easy to obtain. This camera has NOT been film-tested - it appears to be ready for picture taking but please be aware that cameras of this age may require service for reliable performance.
