Description: Lovely, early/mid 20th century, large 17” vintage, made in People’s Republic of China “Yong Sheng Tang Zhi” platter. Blue and white floral design. It is heavy, weighing almost 4 lbs. The maker's mark reads down and across from the right as "Made for the Hall of Eternal Victory" (Yong Sheng Tang Zhi). It appears to be related to the Yong Sheng (Eternal Victory) Ornamental Porcelain Factory which was originally located in Hong Kong.
