Description: *Remnant vintage fabric*Rayon taffeta*Painted/ screened dots*1930-40 era dress for fabric Presented here is a remnant 1930-40 era dress for fabric. The dress is all hand sewn with pinked seams. It is being sold for the fabric which is lovely black rayon taffeta, it has a fine faille texture, it is hand painted, looks like screened, with pink, green and white teardrop dots. The fabric is clean and sturdy. The dress opens down the front and has nine buttons (one is replaced). It has some small holes in the bodice to one side and a patched hole in the skirt in the front to the side of the buttons, some of the seams are open. Measures; 45" long from shoulder to hem, waist 32", under arms 42", hip 53", sweep at hem 62". The dots are overall good, some wear to them on the back, please view the photos. This is very unique old fabric, lots here, would make fabulous doll clothes or projects needing original vintage textiles.
