Description: Vintage working 1970’s 630 RDF Ray Jefferson Marine Direction Finding Radio.This radio was used to utilize the radio signal to ascertain the ship’s location.Unit has feet on Bottom and side. can stand up or sit normally. This unit runs on either 8 "C" Batteries (Batteries Not Included), 12 volt DC Cigarette LIghter Power Cord (INCLUDED) or a 120 Volt A.C. Power Supply (INCLUDED). These 2 external power supplies are NOT the original Power supplies. A 680 Manual is also included it's very close to the 630 Manual. The original power cord "connector" is still there but a different power supply Connector has been provided to support the 2 included external power supplies. This is a Used Working Unit that has been tested as a receiving radio NOT TESTED FOR DIRECTION FINDING... Unitt has some useage and wear marks etc. Ray Jefferson Analog RDF. This unit worked on analog radio signals NOT GPS!Not sure if it works with today's radio signals....
