Antonio Sotomayor (1902–1985) nicknamed San Francisco's 'Artist Laureate', was a painter and muralistwho worked extensively in the San Francisco Bay Area. His public works included murals for the Palace Hoteland the Golden Gate International Exposition on Treasure Island, 1939–1940. Three of the four rolls have condition issues (some tears +/or discoloration) at each end.The remaining paper, listed as "usable" is in excellent condition.
