Description: Wonderful vintage oil on board signed -Very hard to make out the signature but it looks like "Wikgen" - You decide- I pulled the paper backing back and for some reason the artist had a newspaper clipping taped to the back under the cover of the board ? Interesting-The board is stamped (I believe) made in Ireland see pictures What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some minor paint loose and crackling and could use a good cleaning as well the frame has nicks, chips, dents, dings, scratches and most likely needs to be sanded and re painted and needs a good cleaning as well.
