It was made by the Hocking Glass Co. which later became Anchor-Hocking. The delicate pattern is referred to as "Mayfair" or "Open Rose." The bowl has flaring sides with a rose and panel motif, and a sunburst on the bottom.The dimensions are as follows: 4.5" high, 11.5" across the open top and 4" across the round base.
