Description: Lot of 5 vintage compacts. The large pancake one has no maker and there is a small amount of powder left. The faux mother of pearl topped one is a 5th Avenue one but I can't read which company. The one with the top divided into 4 parts is brass from Dorset 5th Avenue and it has never had powder in it. The one with the jonquils is brass and from Elgin American and has no contents. The small one is brass set with a glass cabochon and rhinestones. It is also brass but no company markings. It is full of powder. All surfaces have light surface scratches. All the mirrors are delaminating. The one with the faux mothe of pearl top has lots of wear on the silver coating on the edges. Pancake measures 4 5/8" across. The faux mother of pearl one measures 13/16" square. The Elgin American one measures 2 3/4" X 2 1/4". The Dorset 5th Avenue on measures 3 1/8" square. The smallest on measures 1 9/16" square.
