Vintage LA PRIMULA Italian Pottery Ceramic Cup & Saucer Bold Stripe 8pc Set

There are a few flea bites on the rim of two cups which is only in the paint ( not in the ceramic itself). These are pre owned and do show minor wear and scuffing. They were inscribed on the bottom by a previous owner long ago. I’m unsure what the inscription means.
