Description: vintage polka-dotted knee skirt.handmade out of a thick, turquoise blue calico, with a couple different white, periwinkle, and red polkadot prints.both prints have iridescent glitter over the white parts.hidden zipper in back.. inside is lined in a teal blue, with a middle petticoat layer of white tulle.handmade, so stitching isn't perfect, and the tulle is haphazardly cut; they didn't bother smoothing the edge out.overall good condition, but there are flaws in the print, where some colors of dye just didn't take. see last 2 pics. kind of looks like they printed directly over some loose strings and lint at the factory, and when the lint was brushed away there were blank areas left behind. MEASUREMENTS: no stretch.waist has 2 settings, 29 or 30" around.free size hips up to about 42".27" long (should be a bit below the knee for most people).fits like a US size 6 or 8 or so, so a small or medium. check out my other listings, i also have a matching blouse in another listing (i thought they might be a bit "much" together, so am listing them separately in case anyone wants one piece and not the other)
