Description: Here we have a fairly rare vintage Goodell-Pratt number 4-1/2 Hand Drill. This is an earlier one, 10-1/2” length. I think it’s Cocobolo wood but not positive. If not, then Rosewood. This sweet little drill is in really, really good condition. Note that the main gear on these were nickel plated and not painted. The wood is excellent - no cracks, chips, or damage. Even the threads are excellent. The removeable wood cap is excellent as well. Likewise, the chuck is excellent and everything works as it should. Very minimal rust. There are two drill bits included inside the handle. I know the picture shows three, but the small bit is broken off. Note: I only ship within the U.S. and do not ship international. I package items like how I would want them packaged for myself - very carefully. Comes from a smoke-free home.
