Description: This is a really cool vintage commemorative sheet and stamp featuring the first American to orbit the Earth John Glenn. His history is on the page and it includes the 1962 issued 4 cent stamp of Project Mercury. Postmark on upper right corner from Cape Canaveral FL is dated 1990. Really cool collector piece. Page measures approximately 9 3/4 by 9 1/4 inches long. Stamp is in good pre-owned condition however page itself is in fair to rough condition with noticeable signs of wear and use. Besides a piece of the corner missing there are all over marks, bends, stains and signs of age. I’ve listed multiple up close pictures for reference.
