There are 3 wheels underneath hidden by corners that help to move it around. There probably was a 4th that is missing. This looks to be similar to Pennsylvania House Style however there are no marking so I am unsure of who actually made this cart. Beautiful preowned condition with some light wear and marks and patina on copper. Great piece of furniture or would make a great bar cart. One area in back right corner has some area that may need to be sanded. See photo.
