As you can see, the folder itself is in good condition, but has noticeable discoloring on the white parts. It is structurally sound, though. The papers inside are in excellent condition. They look like they've never been handled. I don't know if every single piece is included, but there are quite a lot of pages and each page has activities, ideas, and recipes. Keep in mind that these are all ideas and recipes from the mid to early-mid 1900's. So, most of them are just terrible. But, they're terrible in a fun way. There is a party themed newspaper from 1946 included as well. I don't know if it is meant to be part of this set, but it was in there when I got it. Normal wear and tear should be expected (small bends, discoloration, tears, frays, stray pencil/ink mark, small bits of writing, etc).
