Description: This is an amazing commemorative plate from The Virgin Islands, Sassy 1993. It has two old price stickers on the back and a blue printed warning (decorative only) Made in Japan, it is round, 5" wide, looks to have a blue edge, NO holes on back for hanging. There are normal scuffs/dings from age and storage, this plate is in amazing shape, nothing huge stands out but please look at the photos and ask questions! We are happy to provide additional photos.
