Description: VINTAGE CHINESE CAST IRON SCULPTURE "TAOIST IMMORTAL QIN GAO RIDING FISH" You are being offered a Vintage Chinese Cast Iron Two-Piece Sculpture of the Chinese Taoist Immortal Qin Gao, also known as Kinko Sennin, Riding a Fish (Carp). Neither Qin Gao nor the Fish have any identifying markings; but we believe the Sculpture was cast during the Republic Period (1912-1949). The Sculpture stands 8¾ inches high and it measures 10½ inches long and 5 inches wide. There is a lot of Gilt loss due to rubbing; otherwise, the Sculpture is in Very Good Condition for its age, without any other issues. Please refer to the photographs on the left for further details.
