Quite sturdy "in hand", box measures 5" x 4 1/4", covered in a dark navy blue velveteen. Photo #6 is the reverse. The very versatile size will hold necklaces, bracelets, brooches and earrings.....NOTE: if you look closely at Photo #7 you will see two tiny pin holes within circles that were most likely used to secure the backs of stud earrings. Barely noticeable, any other large piece of jewelry will cover them.
