Description: Vintage Arabia Finland Yellow Kilta Luncheon or Small Dinner 8.25" / 21cm plate The Kilta series was designed by Kaj Franck in 1946 and was sold from 1953-1974. A multi-functional set, with lids that can fit a variety of items in the series. Many pieces are stackable as it was intended to fit in small urban kitchens. Some of the pieces bear the 1949-64 stamp of “Arabia Finland” plus a manufacturer’s number like “10 - 9”. I believe these pieces date from the late 1950’s to mid 1960’s based on the manufacturer’s stamp. Measurements:Luncheon or Small Dinner plate, about 21 cm/8.25” diameter and 1” high.
