Co. - Cincinnati 3 - Ohio US Patent No 2,388,190. Box will ship flat, but it does "pop up" to be an open topped paper-board container NOTE - one panel has a "slot" cut out of the top. Not sure what this is for. I have had several of these and they have the same cut in all, so it's intentional
