Description: Vintage '90s Ann Tjian for Kenar Black Pencil Skirt. Front zip and button closure, back slit, pockets, pleating around hips, fully lined. Made in the USA. No fabric tag, but I have similar Kenar skirts from this era that are a polyester blend. In great vintage condition; the only things to note are a couple of white slipped threads (one just under the right hip pocket-photo 11) and one on the bottom left side of the skirt (photo 12). Marked size 10, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a size Small.
