Fastens on the front with two fabric covered buttons (same fabric as the top). The surplice neck fastens inside with one black button. To me, the placement of this button and its corresponding buttonhole is in a strange place, as when fastened, it doesn't quite allow the neckline to lie flat (see photos 6-9). While this is the original placement, I wanted to point that out. The only other thing to note is that the button at the left cuff is a black button, while the button on the right cuff is fabric covered, like the buttons on the front (see last two photos). Other than these two things, the shirt is in great vintage condition. Marked size 8; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Large. Please compare the measurements to a shirt that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
