VINTAGE 70'S HANDMADE DRESS w/ sash red photo flowers fitted midi XS 0 2 1F

Description: gorgeous little handmade dress.it is made of a very unique synthetic microknit; it is in a red tint and features photographs of flowers arranged like one giant continuous decoupage. it has white lines stitched through the print every couple of millimeters.it has poinsettias mixed in it, which is interesting since nowadays they're associated almost exclusively with Christmas, but since there's pansies and daisies and poppies in the print too, i'm going to assume the fabric is older than holiday exclusivity.there are occasional seams in the dress's cut that don't quite make sense, so i think the person who made this was using up every scrap of this fabric that they had. i don't think that takes away from the look of the dress though. anyway unlined, sewn mostly with a sewing machine. has red zipper and snap for closure in back.it also comes with a long red sash. not sure if it was meant as a belt, or a scarf/ascot, but could be used for either. handmade, but done really well. seems to be from the 1970s, judging by the fabric, cut, stitch, and snaps & zipper used. in excellent condition without flaws or signs of wear. MEASUREMENTS: slight stretch.30 to 33" around bust.26-29" waist.34-37" hips.about 36" long.no size tag, fits like a US size 0 or 2, so an XS.
