Description: This vintage 7" blade knife is a must-have for any kitchen enthusiast. The CASE XX 431-7 model by Case is a traditional style knife with a medium brown wood handle and a silver color. Made of carbon steel, this knife is perfect for butchering and cutting through tough meats. The knife features a solid handle pattern, a matte finish, and weighs 0.25 lbs. It is reusable and can be hand washed only. The item is an original and was manufactured in the United States during the 1970-1979 time period. This knife set includes one knife and is a great addition to any collection. This preowned knife that was found and a family members work shop after he passed away. I’ve cleaned it up some to try and remove some overspray from some spray painting, but you may notice in the photos there’s still a little bit more cleaning to be done. It’s a beautiful knife in good condition. There is one Imperfection/ding on the blade edge below the second X in the name. There’s one small crack on the back of the knife the top of the handle nearest the blade that stops at the first pin. No other visible cracks. There are some scuffs and imperfections from wear on both the blade and the handle. It’s not possible to see the handle stamp anymore, but you can feel some raising where the letters were.
