Vintage 1970's Rolex Date Ref. 6916 on Oyster Rivet Bracelet w/Japanese Papers!

Description: Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Ref. 6916! This is a great vintage 1970's ladies Rolex Date ref. 6916 on the Rolex Oyster Rivet 7204 bracelet with tapered links! The case has smooth bezel and silver linen dial! It comes with the original Rolex Japan white Rolex guarantee booklet with matching model and serial numbers! Booklet is date 1977. GREAT FIND!! The watch is in a 24 mm stainless steel case and will fit 13 mm straps. The case, crystal, and bracelet are in very good condition with a few minor scratches. The bracelet shows some stretch from wear (85%), and the crown is well-defined on the clasp. The clasp is date-coded with an 4 71, indicating it was produced in 4th quarter of 1971. The watch will currently fit about a 6 1/2" wrist.Serial number 3326xxx, dates to 1971. Model and serial numbers are readable between the lugs.The silver dial on the watch has a nice linen texture- see photos.The watch will wind, set and runs but we do not know the service history on this watch and do not guarantee the time keeping. Currently the watch is keeping time within about 11 seconds/day on our timing machine. Servicing this vintage watch after purchase is recommended.We did NOT get the original box - see photos.
