Description: Vintage 1950s Pin Wheel Quilt Top, Handstitched 90" x 75" Presenting an vintage Pin Wheel patchwork quilt top dating from 1940 to 1950s and skillfully totally hand stitched. Pin Wheel is hand stitched. A great cotton country quilt top. This quilt is in as found condition. Would look lovely in your summer cottage decor home or as a wall hanging art. A wonderful example of Americana folk art. This quilt is reminiscent of a very grand and regal period when quilters had time to skillfully finish a quilt. CONDITION In excellent condition, with NO age storage related discoloration, no fading, no repairs, no damage, unwashed. Just made and folded away for decades. There are hand done stitching, throughout at 7 - 8 tiny stitches to the inch. No backing material. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTSThe size is a generous 90" x 75". Each block measuring approx. 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" square. Standard double bed is 54" wide x 78" long. Queen bed is 60" wide x 80" long. King bed is 78" wide x 82" long.
