Description: Is there a small ratio between your waist and hips? Then this may be the perfect vintage pencil skirt for you! This most likely homemade skirt, was made for someone with very specific measurements, so please review them below. Made from a black, pure wool felt, this fabric is baby soft. All stitching has been done with a deep red colored thread, for a cool, contrast stitching detail. The silhouette is essentially straight, or pencil style. There are belt loops at the waist, a kick pleat at center back bottom, and a metal zipper with funky large button closure at back waist. But, the best detail -in my opinion- are the self-fabric pinched bows that adorn the top of either slash pocket at the hip area. There is a half-lining (as was common during the 50's-early 60's) of black acetate fabric, which is only present at the back skirt -to hide visible panty lines. Overall condition is truly near mint, with absolutely no flaws to note and little to no signs of wear -but, keep in mind that being a homemade skirt, it does have some small anomalies here and there- please review photographs for full details.
