Description: Vintage 1940-50s empty National Film Supply/ Goldberg Bros. 14” 2000 feet Reel made of Cast Aluminum. Reel #C It has been recycled from US Navy old motion picture equipment and films. Stored for long time in fireproof metal cabinets and cans. Movie exhibition systems and movies has been used aboard ships and on-shore installations during Cold War. Most of reels has US Navy education films about dangers of Tuberculosis, Sexual Transmitted Diseases in foreign ports, old partial B&W /Technicolor features movies (also a few totally un-appropriate explicable movies). Condition: used, good. Attention: there is a small crack in one f the circular designs see pictures, recycled during demolition work.
