Description: Rarest of the Rare! This is a scarce 2012 piece by designer Neil Cohen! Heavy copper colored plated metal alloy. Measures 17" long and 5 3/4" at its widest point. NAMBE is currently selling a smaller 15" version of this that is made with less valuable materials (this version must have been too costly to produce?). It's missing its three-condiment bowls and since we couldn't find another example, we don't know what the bowls look like. Displays beautifully but has age flaws including scratches, loss of copper plating on bottom, and verde gris.Nambe says, " If plating is compromised a natural patina will eventually develop in the exposed area."***Nambé Plated Products - Heritage, Copper Canyon, Classic Copper, EcoEach piece is unique in its handcrafted finish and some variation in color will exist. Nambé plated products are coated with a food safe lacquer. Do not place on stovetop, in microwave or oven. Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with mild soap and water only, using a non-abrasive cloth. Nambé plated products can be pre-chilled in the freezer or refrigerator to keep foods cool. Plating will scratch if a knife or sharp object is used on surface. If plating is compromised a natural patina will eventually develop in the exposed area. Do not use metal polish on this product.
