SOLD AS/IS FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING SINCE I HAVE NO WAY TO TEST ANYTHING. THIS HAS BEEN SITTING LIKE YOU SEE IT FOR DECADES, AND, WAS NEVER USED/INSTALLED. All of the breakers on/off switches do move with resistance and make the snap/click sound like they are suppose to. It weighs around 25 pounds. It measures on the outer BACKSIDE around 22-1/2" x 12". The depth with the lid attached is around 3-7/8" This shows LOTS of wear, BUT, was never installed or used. It was sitting on shelf and the bottom made contact with the concrete block wall that had moisture come in, so, where it touched the breaker box, it caused surface rust(nothing is weak, breaking, flaking, it is still strong and secure, although if you plan to use those knockouts I would use extra care when knocking them out). This was bought for the purpose of upgrading the screw in type fuses to a breaker style, well, it made it as far as knocking out one hole, running some wires and connecting them to some breakers, then, well removing everything where it than set on a shelf for decades just like you see it. It does have several scratches/scuffs from being moved around a lot, and, you can see signs of moisture on the box. This was removed from a NON climate controlled fully furnished "cabin" in WI that has not seen the light of day for 8+ years, and, before that was visited maybe once every few years before this was removed.
