Buying a raw card, receiving it and thinking "this might not grade a 10" is not a reason to return (hate that I have to say this, but such is life on eBay). Little tiny corner dings and little tiny surface issues are not an acceptable reason to return a raw card. I am not a professional grader and will not guess what grade a card might receive.
