A lot of thought, prototyping, and testing has been done to ensure maximum clearance and added strength over OEM radius rods. Each radius rod is constructed from a combination of 1" x .240" wall and 1.25" x .120" wall DOM tubing, and powder coated for corrosion resistance. The outer end of the rod uses a Polaris OEM spherical bearing mounted inside of a CNC steel bearing housing. The inner rod end is a high quality chromoly end with nylon race. Featuring an upper 3/16" mild steel Mohawk gusset to prevent bending of the radius rod. For all of your UTV suspension components, think Tusk! Extreme duty high clearance radius rod featuring a 3/16" mild steel Mohawk gusset. Built to have added clearance over OEM radius rods.
