In 2019, Wendi was featured on an episode of the TV show "Catalyst" regarding aging with autism. Wendi has been involved with the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC), the Gesher Disability Resources Board of Directors, and other local organizations serving those with disabilities. Wendi also previously served on the Board of Directors for her local chapter of the National Charity League. Wendi lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband, three children, and their dog Wilson.
